Signed the tenth phase of the "Three Batch" project in Henan Province

On October 15, 2023, Song Zhenghui, the Vice Governor of Henan Province, presided over the signing ceremony for the tenth batch of "Three Batch" projects in Henan Province, becoming the only private institution among the 20 high-level signing platforms.

After settling in the Central Plains Science and Technology City in January 2024, it received important instructions from provincial leaders. The private entity invested in construction and operated independently, while the government provided policy support and resource coordination.
