During the subsequent symposium, the Thunder Research Institute's technical team elaborated on the core advantages of masked optical lithography systems – namely extended lifespan and high processing speed. Addressing the characteristic of maskless technology being ‘highly precise yet costly,’ they proposed offering differentiated technical solutions tailored to client requirements. Igor expressed approval of this approach and suggested establishing dedicated technical groups to facilitate real-time parameter alignment and solution optimisation, thereby enhancing the professionalism and credibility of the collaboration.
